I am a running coach here in Reno. I have run the marathon 56 times (2:34) and love to coach and cajole new runners. I never like to eat before morning runs, which freaks most experts out. As far as race day I would eat something , very little, but I have a list of things that don't work for me. With your race coming up in several weeks, don't change to much,but mentally get ready. BUzz me with a million more questions.
