Thank you so much to all my running buddies who have been responding to my lengthy post! I truly, truly appreciate it! Yeah, I'm going to stick with my shoes (got a new pair) - still not sure about the eating - guess I'll try and see how the next three weeks go with runs and eating. I have another question - how far out from the marathon should I do my last "long run" of 20+? I was going to do it tomorrow (three weeks out) but my hamstring is pretty sore. Should I wait another week or half a week? I think I'm going to get the massage a week before the race - will that be good? I KNOW I will do more marathons! =) My goal is NYC next year! Thanks again (and any more ideas or tips would be great!) - I value any advice from better runners than myself! Ang
