Legs cramping up after 1 hour and a half

I have been running for quite a while. I run about 30 miles per week. My problem is that my legs just die after 1 hour and 30 minutes. My concerns are

1. Is there something I should be eating after 1 hour while running? Something like those electrolyte gels? I'm thinking that it is the only way for people to run for longer than that in order to not get tired.

2. Is there something I should be eating before I run that can make me last longer than 1.5 hours? My usual meal is orange juice (1cup), oatmeal (just milk and oatmeal), and 2 eggs.

3. Do I just have to run more in order to not experience the feeling of my legs dying on me?

I would appreciate the input. Thanks!
