Thanks for your great advice and help. The weather was perfect and the course was very fair and able to produce fast times.
I got a 3:12, which is a 14 minute PR and a Boston qualifier for me. I ran a conservative first 20 miles at a 7:26 pace (right around 3:15:00), did a check of how I was feeling at around mile 20 and then turned it up for the last six. My last 10K was my fastest of the marathon and my last mile was my fastest at 6:04 pace.
