Anyone heard of V-caps for cramping issues? In a recent marathon (akron) my legs began to fatigue around mile 15 and at mile 20 and beyond they were wanting to cramp and knot up. Especially the hams and calves. The right leg was worse then the left. Also my left ankle/foot had this numb feeling I never experienced before. I drank plenty of water the few days leading up to the race and hit gatorade at every water stop. Even tried a few GUs near the end of the race. Any suggestions for reducing cramping?
