in fact, you may have the opposite problem. Sports drinks can actually exacerbate cramps, as the electrolytes are usually more dilute in the solution than they are in your body. Try a banana and salt tablets [warning—I'm not a medical professional, nutritionist, or anyone else who you should be talking to about this problem]
