walk breaks

I use to be a 5km runner just for fitness. I found that adding a 30-60sec walk break each 10min(or each mile) really helped with fatigue and got me through the 20+mile runs. Also, i cannot do it without energy gels and electrolyte tablets in my water (Nuun for example). keep it up, you can do it!
