If you are not taking an extra-strength TUMS (or similar antacid) before you LRs, you should. I used to have moderate nausea after mine, picked this up, now feel great after LRs — just did 20 yesterday and felt 100% after (though legs were a bit sore!). Not sure if it's your problem, though, as your symtoms are more severe than mine were, but it can't hurt. Good luck.
