Does anyone have any thoughts about what long runs I should do given the short timeframe?
I was considering either increasing by 2 miles every Saturday starting at 10 and ending at 20 or staggering something like this:
8/29 - 10 9/5 - 14 9/12 - 12 9/19 - 16 9/26 - 14 10/3 - 18 10/10 - Taper (5) 10/18 - race
