I guess I'm going to have to buckle down and write down everything and really cut the fat out. I hate that. i used to could eat anything I wanted, but not anymore. I thought being a runner would give me a trump card. I'm 36 and my only eating disorder is that I love food and a husband who loves to cook. I thought about the carbs, but with training for a marathon I didn't want to cut them. I think I will try to cut out some of my whole wheat and try to get more of my carbs from fruit.veggies.
