good luck with that... I have the same problem, but I'm 55 and used to be very slim and weight was never an issue. Now it is. First you need to decide if you really need to lose weight, lots of people (especially women) are fine just as they are. You sound FIT which is more important thatn skinny. You may need to get a medical opinion, this is such delicate ground as I would hate to advise you if you acutally have some sort of eating disorder.
But if you think you really do need to lose, then start by adding a food log to your running log, or start both.
Things that have kept ME from losing weight include: not sleeping enough not drinking enough water needing the refueling after a long run or speed workout being stressed (also made me tired)
things that helped me drop the pounds I gained from an injury which kept me from running fixing the above issues water jogging/cross training/weight training taking a month to do no speed work but boost my mileage
For some people (me included) watching carbs works better than calories. I need my protein and can tolerate 'fats', especially from nuts, fish and olives/olive oil... I am also gluten sensitive so I found cutting back on wheat helped me a lot, I use rice or potatoes to carb load, but alos found that with increased mileage I don't need to carb load as much
good luck, don't get too skinny
