I have been training for my first half marathon, and I'm just looking to get some advice from some experienced runners.
A little about my running background..I ran track in junior high and high school (we didn't have a cross country team, but I ran all the long distance races (4x8, mile, two mile) and then was a walk-on for my cross country team in college.
I'm not running the half to race speedily through it, I would just like to achieve the accomplishment and finish within a reasonable amount of time.
I appreciate any advice you'd be willing to share! Thanks!
