I think I've decided on Cliffshots or GU. Although Gummi bears do sound appealing! I am running a half-marathon the first weekend in June and wonder if I should eat on the run for that race too. If so, what do people recommend as far as eating during a half? (my first half was horrible - 2.5 hours - perhaps it was b/c of a lack of energy? - that or the discouraging site of those Kenyans on the other side of the river heading for the home stretch when I am only at mile 7!)
