HI Belinda- From the research that i've been doing, i think you can take a ferry to Staten Island, but maybe someone with more knowledge could also respond. From what i've read it seems like the start on Staten Island is horrific, you have to get there early then wait for 3+ hours for the start of the race. I'm hoping someone can give me more info on the start.....any secret to avoid this long wait. One day soon, Belinda, we'll have this NYC marathon all figured out....hopefully!
