This past week I took three days off from training to spend time with my son. When I took the the break I felt great but when i reach the sencond day of my break I started to get pain right below my knee cap. Then on the third day it got a little worse. Then yesterday (the 4th day) I went for a short run to see how it felt and after the first mile or so the pain was gone but came back shortly after I stopped. Does this sound like normal body recovery or could it be a more serious problem. Kinda sucks because I was going to do a Biathlon on the 20 but looks like thats out.
