I get that "butt pain" too! It's a pinching feeling at the top of my left hamstring where it meets the gluts - after about 6 miles or so. I would love to find a stretch that helps since none of the conventional ones seem to do the trick. Kinda embarrassing when I hop back to the Y holding my "butt" after a long run.....is it an age thing? I never got that in my 20's....
