I was training for the chicago marathon last year. When i started to do my 13+ mileage runs, my stomach/ ab area would start having this radiating pain. Not an intense pain though, just a dull radiating pain. I would take shot blocks every now and then. My stomach would hurt when i took them or not though. Then i ran the chicago marathon. I drank at most water stops, a little bit. I had gu at around ever 6 miles or so. After about 8 or so i started to feel a little bloated in my stomach. Felt like things were not digesting. I didnt think anyhting of it, and at mile 17 it hit me hard. I had to pull over to the side and throw up because of an intense pain in my stomach area. I did that 2 more times. I could barely walk because the stomach pain was so intense. I had to stop about every 5-10 feet. I didnt finish. Ran another marathon a few months later. Had gu and water, symptoms started to come up again. I stopped eating and drink at about mile 8. Stomach still hurt but not as bad as chicago. Any help would be great!!!! Just trying to figure out what is wrong and what i can do!
