This will be my first marathon. I have been running for just more than 1 year, and training for this race since January.
I peaked at about 60 mile weeks, and am now toning it down for race day.
I do not doubt that I will finish, but am unsure of those last 6 miles (I have run 20 miles 5 times).
Is anyone running in this marathon that can give some pacing instructions to someome who will do whatever it takes to finish in less than 4 hours.
