My feet pronate when I run and this has started to take a toll on my knees. Two weeks ago the pain became too much to bear so I have been resting my legs since then. I have also been icing/heating the knee and I purchased some Sof Sol shoe inserts that claim they will stabilize my feet. Can anyone offer any additional advice on how to stop the current pain or prevent the injury from reoccurring? I am running the Austin Half Marathon Sunday and dont want to end up limping the last 7 miles of the course. Thanks
