Hello all runners!!
Have a bit of a concern. I am a recreational runner who's just come off a half-marathon October 9. This week, I've had no motivation to exercise and my eating habits have fallen a bit and I've gained about 4-5 pounds this week; I have another race in 3 weeks and will be getting back to the gym and running this saturday, but I'm concerned the weight will hinder my speed/performance in my upcoming race...how long do you figure it'll take me to lose it if i get back to my 40Km a week, healthy clean diet tomorrow?? I'm 22, Female, 5'7" and usually around 138lbs. Thanks so much!!
