Dear Runners
I am currently doing a research project into the relationship mental toughness has with coping with sports injury and rehabilitation adherence in runners. This research project is part of an MSc in Advanced Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation Science, which is being completed at the University of Teesside. I am looking for runners of all levels and aged 18 and over who have suffered an injury throughout their running career. I would also greatly appreciate it if you could pass the link it on to friends, family, colleagues who meet the requirements, and also post on any social networking site you may use.
