Hello fellow runners! I am gearing up for winter running.. this week in NY has been BRUTAL.. but invigorating as well. I recently acquired Road Racing for Serious Runners... I know many of you think I run too much and don't rest enough.. but at glancing at Pfitzinger's plan.. he himself runs 2x a day.. and has plans for people running over 100 miles a week! I only run 50-60 miles a week... how can I be over-running? I can't imagine having the muscle strength to run that high mileage consistently.. any thoughts??
