Thanks Rita. I've cut my mileage this week to about 35, including a long run on the weekend. I've noticed my legs are tired and don't seem to have much bounce. I'm not laboring to run 10k, I just don't feel real fast. I'm 44 by the way, and have the goal of running 3:30 (Boston qualifier) in the back of my mind. I have three weeks left and will start to taper. Thanks again.
