During any run of more than 2 hrs (12+ miles), my body starts craving water/sports drink. I drink 2 swallows of one or the other every 5-10 minutes starting w/ the first mile, alternating water with Gatorade (or G2). Starting hour 3, I fight the urge to chug the sport drink or water. Should I do straight water first hr, straight gatorade, or more fluid (2 swallows is about 2-3 oz total). I do sweat a lot. Thanks
