I'm new to this all...I'm a new mom of a year and a bit out of shape. I hear running is a great way to get back into shape. I just don't know how/where to start. I have a treadmill at home but can't seem to get on it since i'm not sure what training I should be doing. I've also heard of marathon training programs in local communities but don't know how to access these. I live in Nassau County, Long Island NY
Any feedback or suggestions?
