I am starting to get fed up with the people I work with. They are my friends, but I get sick and tired of them (actually its just one person inparticular) telling me how my knees are going to go to s— in the next 10 years because of all the running that my friends and I do.
She of course chooses to ignore the the knee problems of two other employees with knee problems due to being overweight.
Does anyone have any research out there that supports running as a way to help knees?
