I wish I could participate in your club. It would be nice to get in on the ground floor, instead of trying to crash someone else's party, but sad to say, I live in New York. But here is a thought: Look at the web pages of other clubs. See what they do well(and poorly). See what kind of activities they sponcer and incorperate the ideas that you and your friends like. Why rebuild the wheel from scratch when templates and blueprints are already available. Go to a site like New York Roadrunners(as an example): www.nyrrc.org and go to links. Look at the running clubs/organizations not only in your area but in other areas. Good Luck.
