Can anyone give a clue where to find out what the time records are for teenagers running a marathon? My daughter is highly competitive and is not ready to outright state she wants to do the Marine Corp Marathon, although it appears she does.
If she knew what the record time was for her age (15 by that time), she will quietly but passionately work towards it. But I haven't found the current record for that age group, just overall records for who's the fastest regardless of age.
Also, we're in Northern Virginia and she's interested in running with someone SAFE. Any suggestions?
