I have been training by doing up to 50 miles per week. I have completed two 22 mile runs which didn't feel too bad. I ran one last weekend in 3:30 hours. I didn't push the pace and I did take my time at the water stops. So I think I can do better than 4:15 but I am not sure how much better. My eventual goal is to qualify for Boston with a 4:05. I feel pretty confident I can do it in 4:10 but.. not sure about 4:05.So do you think I should just go for it and sign up for the 4:05 pace team?I realize I could burn out and not make the 4:10 but if I don't try I certainlywon't make the 4:05.Or should I run with the 4:10 and see if I can pick it up at the end? Thanks
