With a background such as you have described it should be possible to run a marathon and likely do it reasonably well even on 3 days a week running. You should look to ensure that each of the runs has purpose - perhaps speedwork or hills once a week; something medium length for a tempo run; and a long run for endurance. This isn't a normal plan, but most people don't do large amounts of cross-training.
On the other hand, if you want to run a marathon as well as you can, you likely should back off on some of the activity and focus more on running for the 8 or 10 weeks before the marathon.
Consider looking at the programs for tri-athletes. Those doing Ironman distances run a marathon on comparatively modest mileage because it's just one of their relevant events.
