Wow, we are so alike! (pretty close on our body stats) I eat a lot of different things depending on HOW FAR I have ran. I usually have a small handfull of pretzels and water after I am done. I then eat a moderate dinner about an hour later which consists of a lean meat and some healthy carbs (including something green!)
I am kinda selfish though, and want my body to use its own fat as fuel - so unless I am running more than 10K - I really don't load up on stuff...
what a bummer would it be to GAIN WEIGHT when you are running 20-50 miles a week! Just my thought... and no I am not a professional.
