Ans 1. well my current 10 km time is 45 minutes however at track i have timed it at 42 (but that was when the weather was cool and not humid)
Ans 2. The reason why i arrive at sub 29 min is because i think that is a time that many can't get into so it will be a challenge and if i did became that good sure would like to compete more.
Ans 3. Well i did run at high school. however running for me has partly been a recreational thing...something that i enjoy. Since now a days many recreational runners are participating in long distance races and stuff so i decided why not i join in to. So i decided to give myself some time. I wanna see whether i can achieve that sub 29 min mark, if not than i guess that's still ok.
By the way Zeke if you wanna perhaps give me some advice about breaking the sub 29 barrier in 10 km or how should i do my training to make myself better than i will be very greatful. and do u think that it is possible for me to break that mark?...i am giving myself about 2 years during which i will train alot... i don't know if that is enough time. I am 21 anyway and have heard that it's takes a lot of experience to break that mark.
