Hi ladies, I'm new to this forum. I've been enjoying reading past posts. I'm in MN, training from Grandma's 6/21/08. I used to run (casually—just one 1/2M), then didn't for 10 years while I had 4 kids. I couldn't run 1/2mile! Sunday I ran 14. :) Horrible foot pain tho, and Zeke advised motion control insoles for PF pain. I sure hope that does the trick.
Two months to go! The running is good. I haven't done any weight training...I suppose I should?
