why > 26.2 on TM = No reason to go over 20 to prepare for a marathon but ...

1) I love going long

2) Although not necissary for marathon training - It seems to help (Specially when you go out a little too hard - You can back down just a little and hold pace)

3) I also race further than 26.2 miles
