Tomorrow when I greet Bob at the Pasta dinner at the Yakima River Canyon Marathon that he and his wife Lenore Direct I'll mention your question. He started running in his 50s and now at age 78 will be running his 421st marathon. We all should be so lucky. Post a reply on the Bulletin Board
