Right now I'm in the mileage build-up phase, I make sure to not miss my long runs, but I do occasionally every so often miss my shorter weekday runs. On average, I miss 2-3 runs every 2-3 weeks. I plan on becoming more focused during the 18 week training schedule, just right now I have a new full-time job and I'm going to school. How much is missing a run here and there going to lower my performance when I do run the marathon in October?
