Also just wondering how many of you run with Ipods? I cant imagine doing a race without one frankly. I've emailed several 5k/10milers in the area that I plan on doing this summer and their answers were almost universally the same "They are technically against the rules but you will see a lot of people using them and you wont go to jail if you do."
I was down at Haines Point last year to watch the MCM and it seemed like many people still wore them.
