Hi, I am 30 and I particiopated in two 10K competitions the last year but in 75 min ( I Kown it is a lort time for short distance). After some months of inactivity I like to start again. I am a slower runner I like to run faster and I want to train for a half marathon and a complete one. Currently, I am just running 2 miles dialy in a half hour. I really want to improve my training ..please help me.
