I'm a "rookie" and training for my first marathon in New York in Nov. have been training since Jan and making progress thank god!! However went for a 6 Mile run last night and ended up with two blisters on the arch of both my feet!!! The training programme I'm following has a 3 mile run scheduled for tonight and a rest day tomorrow, should I jsut keep running or what is the norm? any advice greatly appreciated.
