refueling is a personal thing. You have to find what works for your system. No everyone can stomach all the drinks but you need electrolytes so find a drink with salt, potassium, and possibly magnesium. I use cytomax drink and gu but you don't seem to like the taste of the Gu. They aren't tasty but go down easily and are digested easily which is what is needed while running. You may find Clif Blox, Gummy SHarks or jelli bellies with electrolytes suite your pallet better. Good luck!
