There is still solid health training that can be done while you are off your feet. Work on the parts that aren't restricted, crunches and such. You can also use little ankle weights to do leg raises and such to keep the muscles active. I know from injuries and rehab time in the past that it is easy to lose focus on training when you can't do what you were training for in the first place. As long as you can work on something to support your body and keep you active it will help. Keep the faith and do what you can to stay active.
