For now I am running almost everyday and doing one, long slow run a week. I do physical labor for a living, so slight discomfort and recovery are not really as issue for me. I really think that will prove to be an advantage, especially since I tend to get busier as the weather gets nicer. So basically I spend my summer getting paid to exercise. Thanks for the tips, I will be sure to post up my progress. I hope that my active and athletic background will provide the basis to help me carry through my training. BTW, I ordered the book, should be here by the end of the week, Thansk again.
