Sunday Dec. 16 is going to be my first marathon and I have a couple of questions.
¿How many Gels should I carry with me?
¿Should I eat some solid food during the course of the race?
¿Should I start running at my usual pace...or start slowly and then try to cath on?...I´m going to try to finish it in 4 hours.
Any advice?
