I have made a goal. I will be 47 on Sunday and I would like to run my first marathon by the age of 50. I am overweight, but I used to weigh 150 lbs more than I do now. I am still working on it. I have medium to light exercise until recently when I decided to do this. I am walking with little jogging for about 1.5 miles every other day. I know I have a long road ahead of me, but I would love some ideas and tips for the over weight, not so young starter! Thanks! Carla in Texas
