It is only marathons and efforts that result in a very high heart rate. He admits that running (exercise) is healthy and I need to do that. It is safer to switch to halfs and 25K's and such. A lot of marathoners switch following injuries. However, I did well on all exams...so, I think I could do 26.2 with no problem. My times are really gunna stink...but I will enjoy the runs.
