I am planning on doing a marathon in about two months. I have ran 8 marathons before but never walk one. I have recently had some back issues and probobaly wont be able to do much training for the two or three weeks. With only four or five weeks of training weeks of training any suggestions on what I should do. My goal is to finish in six hours. My last long run was three weeks ago when I ran 15 miles.
