If you're of large frame, ideal weight for a female marathoner of your height would be more like 140. Otherwise your best marathon weight is likely closer to 135.

However weight may not being playing a role in your knee pain. It may be your running shoes. It may be the running surface. It may be your running mechanics. It may be arthritis (but it would seem that you're much too young for that) Q: Have you ever had a gait analysis?
