I've been training for months (since March) for the Philly Marathon. I waited until I felt confident that I could run the marathon not just complete it. Evidently I waited to long... I can not registered. What do I do? Many have told me to just go and run.. but being a novice in the world of running I just don't know what to do.. Any suggestions? Please help...
