After my two most recent long runs, 14 miles and 16 miles, I have felt incredible nausea starting at 1 1/2 - 2 hours after my run. I run at 9 am so it was pretty cool out most of my run (60-70 degrees—cool for florida) I drink water during my run and after. I eat breakfast at 7 am. Any ideas and what might be causing this or what I might try to combat it. I am training for my first marathon in Jan. and am afraid if I start to feel it during my run I won't be able to finish.
