Upset stomach after long run

Try to get this resolved before your marathon. Personally I can't eat before my runs. It took me a while to figure out what works for me. Personally I have to wake up at least an hour before a run to have coffee. Coffee in the morning for me produces a bowl movement...after that I am good to go. If I try to eat before a morning run my stomach will be very upset and I will either vomit or get the runs. Try to eat a heavy meal the night before around 7p, and then see if you can do your run on coffee or gu...or make your breakfast just toast..or something very simple. After my long runs or races..I don't have any desire to eat for sometimes up to 6 hours...just listen to your body and make adjustments.
